Alliance Recruitment provides a streamlined service that allows our clients to secure professional candidates who perfectly match their company profile standards by accessing untapped resources of Vancouver’s finest recruiting agencies.

Our Approach
Alliance Recruitment Inc. (Alliance) manages the entire recruitment process for our corporate cliental – allowing them to draw on the resources and expertise of Vancouver’s best recruiting firms with greater effectiveness and less effort spent negotiating and collaborating through traditional recruiting procedures.

How We Do It
Our Partnering Agencies report having anywhere from 5 to 25 placeable candidates on file that they strongly feel could immediately be placed provided the right opportunities were available.  Alliance helps solve this challenge by allowing recruiters access to a broader range of leads for their candidates than merely relying on their own client generation.
Alliance’s web site will play a key role to both clients and recruiters.  Clients will be able to post human resource needs and update any information.  Recruiters will be able to view job postings and submit candidate profiles.

Our People
Matthew Spearin – President
With over 8 years of experience in the recruiting industry, Matthew Spearin has a strong background in sales and relationship building. Raised in West Vancouver, Matthew studied at the University of British Columbia before completing the Venture program in Entrepreneurship at the British Columbia Institute of Technology.  His corporate sales experience began with Orca Bay Sports and Entertainment as well as the B.C. Lions. He then moved into the employment services sector where he began working in business development at Workforce Temporary Services Ltd, quickly moving up to Regional Manager. He has senior business development experience with professional recruitment agencies including Workforce, Angus One Professional Recruitment, Apple One Group of Companies and Miles Employment Group. At Miles Employment he was involved in the launching of Account-Ability, a staffing agency focused on accounting and financial professionals. Matthew is also involved with Embers Staffing Solutions, a charity organization in which he was responsible for developing private sector and government accounts.
